Itinerary:

Day 1: Fes

On this 6-day trip from Fes to Marrakech via the Merzouga Desert, starting in Fes, we will pick you up from your hotel/riad for a fun guided sightseeing tour of Fes in an air-conditioned car and a bilingual local guide.

First of all, our tour of Fes will include: the Al-Andalus Mosque built at the end of the 9th century, the tanneries where leather is produced using only natural colors. The Attarin Madrasa, built in 1325, is the largest religious mosque for the villagers in the heart of Medina.

In addition, Zaouia Moulay Idriss is open to non-Muslims, the Najjarine Museum, the Royal Palace, and Bab Boujloud Gate. We will not complete our tour until we see the most important monuments. Finally, we will take you back to your hotel/riad in Fes for (night/dinner).

Day 2: Fes - Azrou

The next morning, we will depart from Fes to Midelt. Of course, we will pass through Ifrane, a full Moroccan style resort built in the 1930s by the French. Then we will visit the cedar forests of Azrou to enjoy watching the monkeys.

Most of our day from Fes to Midelt will be through attractive forests, springs and Berber villages… At the end of our trip, we will arrive in Midelt and check into the hotel/riad for (dinner/overnight).

Day 3: Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga Sahara Desert

We will continue our 6-day trip from Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga Dunes and Erg Chebbi departing from Midelt to Merzouga Desert. On our travels, we will stop several times to take photos, enjoy the cool air, the panoramic views, and see a huge oasis of palm trees.

We will arrive in Merzouga and check into the hotel/riad (dinner/overnight).

Day 4: Merzouga

The next day, we will leave to visit Khemelia village and enjoy listening to Gnawa music. Next, we will visit abandoned mines, Berber nomads and an oasis of palm trees.

Return to Merzouga for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, we will venture into the sand dunes on camelback. Tonight you will be in a camp equipped with drum music. This trip to the Moroccan desert is a great opportunity to take sunset and sunrise photos.

At this time we will explore the secrets of the desert and its limitless horizons at night in (Berber Bedouin tents).

Day 5: Merzouga - Ouarzazate

Wake up early, walk over the dunes to watch the sunrise, then take the camel back to the hotel to shower, have breakfast and relax.

Then we take the road towards the valleys. Stop by to visit Rissani to discover: the historical monument of Sijilmasa, the great center of desert trade, the Kasbah (village fortification). Then we continue to pass through the Ziz Valley and its valleys, and we will take a short tour in the Todra Valley to enjoy the beauty of the rivers and mountains.

Finally, we will arrive in Ouarzazate, dinner and overnight on the road or traditional kasbah.

Day 6: Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - High Atlas - Marrakech

We will visit Ouarzazate to discover Kasbah Taourirt and Atlas Film Studio.

From here we head to Al-Fint Oasis near Ouarzazate. Next, take the Tizi-n-Tichka road and stop for lunch, arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon, where our 6-day trip from Fes to Marrakech through the Sahara Desert ends.
