Day 2: Marrakech sightseeing

you will have a private guided tour of Marrakech  with an official guide. You will see the famous Koutoubia Mosque, the Medina and its colorful markets, then discover more of Marrakech’s secrets. The landmarks that we will visit also include the Ali Bin Youssef Qur’anic School, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Majorelle Gardens. During the afternoon, the best option is to explore the Old Town approaching the square, which in the evening fills with storytellers, sorcerers, fortune tellers, snake charmers and musicians.

Day 3: Marrakech - Casablanca - Rabat

we will head to Casablanca via the highway. After 3 hours, we will stop to visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, built in 1993 by a team of more than 6,000 craftsmen. Located on the shores of the city of Casablanca, it is a majestic edifice and one of the few mosques in Morocco that non-Muslims are allowed to enter. After that we will continue to Rabat, the capital of Morocco.

Check into your accommodation and then, we’ll explore the Imperial City of Rabat, including the Meshuar (the ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the majestic Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower, and the Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 4: Rabat - Chefchaouen

we will depart today for the charming mountain village of Chefchaouen. We will pass through the green valleys of the Rif Mountains before we reach our destination. Chefchaouen is famous for its blue-painted houses and is very popular with tourists and Moroccans alike.

Explore Chefchaouen, with its winding lanes and narrow alleys, home to numerous markets offering cuisine and crafts, such as woolen items, intricate embroidery, and goat cheese, all indigenous to the north and found nowhere else in Morocco. You can relax in the square, visit a local farm, or take a walk in the nearby parks.

Day 5: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

we will depart for Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and ancient Roman settlement. Here you can admire the alleys, gates, monuments and mosaic floors. The Roman ruins here date back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries, and are considered the best preserved in Morocco. Our next stop will be in Meknes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s four imperial cities.

Meknes is the site of the first Arab dynasty established by Moulay Ismail, and here you can visit the Bou Inania Madrasa and Bab Mansour, the gateway to Moulay Ismail’s palace. Later, we will continue to Fes  where you will check into your accommodation. During the afternoon, the best option is to explore the old medina and souks of Fes.

Day 6: Fes

After breakfast, you will meet a local tour guide to explore Fes, the oldest and holiest imperial city. Your cultural and historical tour will take you through the 2,000-year-old ancient city.

A maze of narrow streets, bustling with souks and markets, and artisans, donkeys and mules transporting their loads. Here you will visit the Attarine and Bou Inania School, the Najjarine Fountain, the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, and the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque. End your tour with a visit to Fes El Jadid and the tombs of the revered Marinids to enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Fes.
